Sound & Still

A collaboration between image and sound—this series was created for an independent musician releasing her debut album.

The concept was rooted in contrast: motion and stillness, noise and quiet, clarity and blur. We explored how music feels before it’s heard—what emotion looks like when it’s held inside.

Shot in a dim studio with minimal gear, we leaned into experimental frames: long exposures, intentional motion blur, soft focus. We let imperfection guide the mood. Between takes, we played tracks from the album—letting the sound shape posture, pace, and presence.

Sound & Still is not a traditional promo shoot. It’s a visual echo of an artist’s internal world—fragile, free, and quietly powerful.
