My little story
I've always believed that the smallest details create the biggest impressions. Today, I help businesses understand how people truly experience their brand and uncover the opportunities that others often overlook.
Throughout my career, I've been fascinated by how people experience businesses.
Not simply how they look, but how they feel.
That curiosity has been shaped by building my own business, working closely with clients and, perhaps most importantly, by experiencing some truly exceptional brands, hotels and destinations around the world.
I've always found myself paying attention to the details others often overlook. The welcome. The atmosphere. The flow of a space. The moments that feel effortless because somebody has thought carefully about them long before the customer arrived.
They taught me that the experiences people remember are rarely created by the biggest budget. They're created by thoughtful decisions.
Over time, I realised I wasn't just appreciating these experiences, I was analysing them. Wondering why one place felt unforgettable while another, despite having all the right ingredients, somehow fell short.
That curiosity has become the thread running through my career.
Today, I enjoy helping businesses understand the gap between the experience they intend to create and the experience people actually have.
